IPSI-2004 PRAGUE CONFERENCE FEE

Please read carefully all details: Each letter and number are important,
especially how to label the SWIFT, and what to include into your e-mail
to be sent after the payment instructions are given to your bank. Thank you!

1. For the IPSI-2004 PRAGUE conference fee (e401/per person presenting a
paper; e301 for those who participated in IPSI-organized conferences in
the past - Hawaii, Purdue, L'Aquila, Amalfi, Belgrade, Kopaonik,
Studenica, and Sveti Stefan; also e301 for graduate students),
please pay the exact amount needed, as follows (it is important not that you
send e401/e301, but that we receive e401/e301; bank transfer fees are to
be paid by participants, and are not included into the conference fee):

2. After you give your bank the instructions for the payment, please
send the SWIFT to the IPSI Belgrade d.o.o. at the following fax number:

+381.11.181.239 (+381 is the country code for Serbia and Montenegro).

3. Also, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT, send email to
   prague@rti7020.etf.bg.ac.yu and indicate the following:

   a. How much was paid?
   b. On what date?
   c. For how many persons?
   d. What are their names?

PLEASE, MAKE SURE THAT YOUR EMAIL CONTAINS ALL THESE ITEMS!

4. For payments initiated on November 1, 2004, or after, add 10% late service charge.

5. For payments on the spot (cash only), add 20% cash service charge.

6. No money back after November 1, 2004. Substitution with a co-author
on the same paper is possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The conference fee is paid per participant, not per paper.

This means that (in theory, if paper(s) accepted) one participant can present
two or more papers with only one conference fee paid. On contrary,
two participants who are coauthors of one paper must pay two conference fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If an IPSI conference is cancelled after the payment was received,
all money (except bank charges) will be returned immediately! So far it
never happened that an IPSI conference was cancelled!
