Tuesday August 2, 2005 (Departure Day):

On Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm pre-registration and speakers-meet-chairmen, in the main lobby;
look for the table with your name on the 6-name piece of paper of the A4 format!

Daily breakfast: 7am to 9am
Coffee/tee served during the first morning break.
and during the first afternoon break.
Lemonade/orangeade served during the second afternoon break.

Those who are forced to stay outside the headquarters hotel, because the hotel is full,
are obliged to pay the e100 insurance, in order to be able to enter the hotel,
and to enjoy all benefits of the conference (scientific programs, welcome dinner,
coffee breaks, and coctails).

Hotel restaurant will be open on all days for lunch and dinner on your own
(not included into the conference package).
Please remember to reserve your table with the restaurant people at least 24 hours in advance;
otherwise, it may not be possible to serve you if and when you come unannounced.
