IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Hotel payments directly to the hotel, both for those who stay in the Castello Chiola hotel,
   and for those who stay outside the Castello Chiola hotel, but have to pay the e100 insurance
   directly to the hotel.
   Insurance payment E100 before july 10, 2004. After that deadline E110. On the spot E120.
   See the Hotel Web Site for details, and about the credit cards acceptable
   (for those who like to arrive earlier, or stay longer, each extra day is e120 per day,
   single or duble, for the maximum of 15 days, if space available).

   Hotel property is insured if a damage comes from a hotel guest,
   but not if it comes from an outsider (a person who just comes to attend a conference),
   and the hotel needs some protection. This is the explanation! We hope that you understand!


2. After you give your bank the instructions for the payment, please 
   send the SWIFT to the IPSI Belgrade d.o.o. at the following fax number:

3. Also, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT, send E-MAIL to
   pescara@internetconferences.net and indicate the following:

   a. How much was paid?
   b. On what date?
   c. For how many persons?
   d. What are their names?
   e1.If two persons, one MASTER bed, or two REGULAR beds?
   e2.If three persons, is the third bed a baby bed, or a regular bed?
   f. Arrival date?
   g. By what method (air, car, train, ferry)?
   h. To what port?
   i. At what hour/minute?
   j. Departure date?
   k. By what method?
   l. At what hour/minute?

   PLEASE, MAKE SURE THAT YOUR EMAIL CONTAINS ALL THESE ITEMS!


4. Once again, hotel prices for IPSI-2004 PESCARA participants (room plus
   breakfast; entry at noon or later; exit at noon or before):

   a. One person in a single room, e600 for 5 days.
   b. Two persons in a double room (either one big master bed, or two regular size
      beds), e800 for 5 days.
   c. Three persons in a triple room, extra e15 per day.
   d. Four persons in a quad room, extra e30 per day.
   e. EACH ADDITIONAL DAY AFTER 5, NO MATTER IF ONE OR TWO PERSONS IN THE ROOM = e120.

   Only 30 rooms are on sale, on FCFS (First-Come-First-Serve) basis.

5. For payments initiated on or after 30.05.2004. pay 10% extra
   for late service charges. For such payments, room assigment only upon availability.


6. For payments on the spot, 20% extra charge.


7. For payments on the spot, one can use cash, or the following credit cards:
   Master Card, Visa.


8. No money back after payment deadline. Substitution
   with another co-author of the same paper is possible.
