This is the announcement for our Belgrade meeting (VIPSI):

Evening standing dinners on April 2, 3, and 4 are related to the World Rector Conference and are
free of charge for VIPSI attendees: April 2 with the Minister of Science (Djelic),
April 3 with the Prince of Serbia, and April 4 with the President of Serbia (Tadic),
after a great musical performance with the best artists of the nation.
Passes for the last three events and the information about locations for them
will be given after you register for the conference.

All working activities related to the World Rector Conferences
are held in "Sava" Centre (North of the river Sava).
Crossing the Sava river by taxi costs 45 minutes in time, and about
5-8 Euros in money (be careful with Belgrade taxi drivers
overcharging, as in all big cities).

How to reach:

Working activities in the Sava Center, close to the crossing of streets
Penezica and Bulevar Arsenija Carnojevica (motorway), are held as follows:

Friday 10.00:13.00 is in the Big Hall (A) of the Sava Center (Grand
Opening of the World Rector Conference).

The rest of Friday (13:00-18:30) and all day Saturday (10:00-18:30)
is in the Amphitheater of Sava Center. PLEASE, DO NOT MIX HALL A (1000 seats)
AND AMPHITHEATER (200 seats).
