1. Please let us know if your affiliation or talk title have to be modified
(please, note that we have character limitations,
and only short affiliations and titles are permitted).

2. Reconfirmations are extremely important to us,
since we can not afford non-show-ups in the same plenary program
in which one NL (Nobel Laureate) and several HDs (Honorary Doctors) will appear.

3. Please, note that VIPSI conferences promote M+I+T++
(multi-, inter-, and trans-disciplinarity),
to maximize symbiotic and synergistic effects
among participants, and therefore,
your talk is expected to be well understood
by a wider audience of experts
(experts in their own field and logical thinkers in your field).

4. You will be talking in the Sava Centre Amphitheater
which can hold up to 300 attendees;
about 2/3 will be from Serbia, and others from abroad.

5. Each speaker has a 15-min slot (10 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for discussion);
only the NL and the HDs will have 30-min slots.
We are forced to use such short slots, so more experts can talk plenary,
plus it is known that real wisdom needs few words,
and the real art is how to express the essence in short time
(only the best researchers can do that effectively).

6. The timing will be strictly reinforced, because the last speaker will be the NL,
and social program starts immediately after the last speech,
so if someone decides not to respect the timing,
there will be no time for the NL to talk, which we do not like to happen.

7. The breaks will be few and short,
for the same reason to have as much time as possible,
which means that those who talk immediately after breaks
will be a bit handicapped, because some people will be late,
coming back to their chairs.
We will make every effort for this not to happen,
but we ask you for understanding and tolerance
(since the time can not be shifted).

8. Conference materials will be published at the end of 2009,
and will be distributed by regular (air) mail.

9. The order of presentations (per categories)
follows the order in which we were receiving the materials.

10. Please do not miss the social activities in evenings,
and especially the one on Saturday evening
(in other words, please plan to leave on Sunday or later).

11. If you like to join a post-conference sightseeing tour
(medieval monasteries and mountains of Serbia,
with Montenegro coast as the ultimate destination),
please let us know, so we can give you the details and conditions
(the list of travelers will be closed on 31.12.2008.)

PS ---- You understand that organizing such an ambitious event requires effort,
and each participant is supposed to be covered by a conference fee.
If you see this as a problem, please let me know, and we will try to help
(will discuss it on the Board). In your case, the fee is E400.
