PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
(ONLY BY BANK-TO-BANK TRANSFER, OR ON THE SPOT, BY CREDIT CARD OR CASH):

Prices are listed in the invitation letter.


IMPORTANT NOTES


1. See the Hotel Web Site for details ,
   and about the credit cards acceptable
   (for those who like to arrive earlier, or stay longer, the same prices apply).

   Also, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT,
   after you complete the fee payment and the hotel payment,
   send E-MAIL to the conference manager, 
   and inform the CMO as well (cmo@rti7020.etf.bg.ac.yu),
   and indicate the following:

   a. How much was paid?
   b. On what date?
   c. For how many persons?
   d. What are their names?
   e1.If two persons, one MASTER bed, or two REGULAR beds?
   e2.If three persons, is the third bed a baby bed, or a regular bed?
   f. Arrival date?
   g. By what method (air, car, train, ferry)?
   h. To what port?
   i. At what hour/minute?
   j. Departure date?
   k. By what method?
   l. At what hour/minute?

   PLEASE, MAKE SURE THAT YOUR EMAIL CONTAINS ALL THESE ITEMS!


2. Once again, hotel prices for IPSI-2006 FRANCE participants (room plus
   breakfast; entry at noon or later; exit at noon or before):

   a. One person in a single room, e615 for 3 days.
   b. Two persons in a double room (either one big master bed, or two regular size
      beds), e690 for 3 days.
   c. Two adult persons and a child (12 or less) in a triple room, price for 3 days not yet defined.
   d. Three adult persons in a triple room, price for 3 days not yet defined.

   The prices above are subject to change.


6. For payments initiated on or after 20.3.2006. pay 10% extra
   for late service charges.


7. For payments on the spot, 20% extra charge.


8. For payments on the spot, one can use cash, or the following credit cards:
   Master Card, Visa.


9. No money back after the fee/hotel payment deadline.
   Substitution with another co-author of the same paper is possible.
