1. From July 8 at 7 p.m. until July 10 at 8 p.m., a registration/welcome desk
will be operational, with two student volunteers constantly available
(except from 8 p.m. until 8 a.m.).

2. These students can be contacted for all issues related to the
conference (transportation, directions, etc.).
